Drilling & Routing Kit for Solid Wood Shelf

Includes:

• Drilling template with guide bushings so you can easily drill straight holes in the correct locations.

• Router template so you can mortise your solid wood floating shelf perfectly for a true flush mount floating shelf. Make sure that your bracket backplate and router width match.

• 1 - drill bit sized specifically for the bracket and drill plate you purchased. This bit works with a standard 1/2” chuck.

• 1 - router bit (Now a dealer of Whiteside router bits).

• Bracket not included

• These kits work excellent for live edge shelving. Most drill presses don’t have enough quill travel to drill a 6 1/2 deep hole so kits like this are almost a necessity.

• Order the kit size that matches the bracket size you need. If you are ordering multiple bracket lengths, select the kit that corresponds to the largest bracket length. We will include the router templates that correspond to the backplate size selected and bracket sizes purchased.

Most of our brackets come with standard 12" center to center rod spacing. However our 10" brackets have 6" rod spacing and our 22" brackets have 18" rod spacing. Our multi drilling plates come with an extra bushing that allows you to use your tooling kit for multiple sizes, including those with different rod spacing.
